Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. 

International orders are charged actual shipping costs determined by destination.  International orders may be subject to additional charges based on the end country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Lake Label and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.  All international sales are final. 

Domestic Returns & Exchanges:

We will gladly accept domestic returns and exchanges for new, unworn, undamaged items that are returned in their original condition with original tags still attached.  We only accept returns for products purchased through www.lakelabel.com.  All international sales and items purchased with discount codes are final.  

Return Timeline:

• Within 30 days of purchase date: Full refund or merchandise credit.
• Within 31 to 60 days of purchase date: Merchandise credit of purchase value.

Please e-mail us at support@lakelabel.com within 60 days of your order and include your order number and return or exchange details and we will provide you with a return shipping label.  Please note that a $5 shipping charge will be deducted from the total refund amount.  Please allow 1-2 weeks after shipping your return for us to process your refund.
